By accessing and using PhotonLink's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

PhotonLink provides AI-powered lead generation services that help businesses identify, qualify, and connect with potential customers across various digital channels including LinkedIn, social media platforms, email, and web-based sources.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Lead discovery and qualification
• Multi-channel outreach campaigns
• Performance analytics and reporting
• CRM integration support
• Automated follow-up sequences

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

PhotonLink operates on a pay-per-qualified-lead model with the following pricing structure:

• LinkedIn Leads: $60 per qualified lead
• Social Media Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Email & Web Leads: $40 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Qualification Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Matches the client's specified target criteria
• Has demonstrated genuine interest or engagement
• Possesses decision-making authority or influence
• Has the budget capacity for the client's offerings
• Provides accurate and verifiable contact information

PhotonLink reserves the right to determine lead qualification based on these standards and industry best practices.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate target audience specifications
• Respond to qualified leads in a timely manner
• Maintain professional communication standards
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use leads for illegal or unethical purposes
• Protect confidential information shared by PhotonLink

6. Data Protection and Privacy

PhotonLink is committed to protecting personal data and privacy. We collect and process data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of provided leads complies with all relevant data protection regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in PhotonLink's technology, algorithms, and proprietary methods remain the exclusive property of PhotonLink. Clients receive a limited license to use our services but do not acquire any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

PhotonLink's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, PhotonLink does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice to clients.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. PhotonLink reserves the right to immediately terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal use of our services.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona.
